Let’s Be Honest About Wellness in 2025
Most of us don’t need another lecture about mindfulness.
Or hydration.
Or “balance.”
We mostly know what we could be doing to look after ourselves.
We’re not short on advice.
We’re short on energy.
So many women are quietly running on fumes.
Holding it all together.
Wondering why “wellness” feels like another job we’re failing at.
And this time of year? It hits harder.
The lists.
The group chats.
The deadlines.
The hosting.
The endless planning that makes everything look joyful and effortless.
It’s all in our hands. Again.
Maybe it’s time we stop pretending that women’s wellbeing smells like candles and green juice.
Because that’s not the truth.
Not even close.
🌿 What We’re Doing
We’ve launched The Honest Wellness Index: Q4 2025 Edition, a new wellbeing survey for women that explores how women are actually feeling about wellness, stress, and self-care right now.
We’re asking women everywhere to share what’s true for them:
Do you ever feel guilty for not doing enough to look after your wellbeing?
Does "self-care" sometimes feel like another job?
How do you really feel heading into the holidays?
It only takes a few minutes & it’s completely anonymous.
💥 Why It Matters
We’re doing this to spark a bigger, more honest conversation about women’s mental health and emotional wellbeing.
We want to show what real self-care looks like, not just how it’s sold to us.
If we can get at least 500 women to take part, we’ll be able to tell stories like:
“7 in 10 women feel overwhelmed before Christmas.”
“Half of women say wellness advice doesn’t fit real life.”
“Most can’t remember the last time they felt truly rested.”
Those are the headlines that help us push back against wellness guilt, burnout culture, and the myth of balance that leaves so many women feeling like they’re failing.
